A brief aptitude exam is administered first. The candidates undergo testing to evaluate their experience and professional qualities.
Initial Round of Interview
This is the right moment for some in-person communication. The candidate is put through an initial round of interviews to determine their suitability for the position; do This is the right moment for some in-person communication. Final Round of Interview
We will give you a call for the final interview round if you are determined to be a good fit for the position. A senior manager reviews this, and if everything checks out, an offer letter is sent out.
Background Check
As soon as we determine that the candidate is a good fit for our company, we will run a background investigation to make sure the information they submitted is accurate and unaltered. As part of the process to make sure that the information on your resume is correct, we will check your employment history.

Based on the information gathered during the final interview and the overall assessment of the candidate's fit for the role and the organization, the hiring team makes a decision on whether to extend a job offer to the candidate.
